To qualify for and redeem your Free Gift Card (or product), you must:

- Be a legal US resident over the age of 18.
- Agree to mytownoffers.com Terms and condtions and privacy policies
- Accumulate MyTownOffers points by completing the sponsored offers. Points must be redeemed within 90 days of the date which they were earned. (each sponsored offer will have a point value indicated)
- Fill out the redemption form on MyTownOffers. Then print the form and attach the supporting sponsor receipts and mail to the following address:

- Your gift should be shipped to you within 60 days after MyTownOffers.com receives confirmation that you have met the requirements.
- Supplies of Reward/Gift – In the event that you choose to redeem a gift instead of a gift card, please note that supplies of reward gifts are limited and in the event that your reward gift is out of stock we will reward you with a cash equivalent gift card.
